As a rare book and paper conservator the research topics listed below are of particular interest to my work:
- A comparative table of cellulose ethers commonly used in book and paper conservation as adhesives and consolidants
- A practical comparison of ready-made and customized leather consolidants used to reduce “red-rot” leather degradation
- Information related to selecting, making, and using conservation treatment repair materials that have been customized with adhesives one can be reactivated with water, solvent, and/or heat
- Methods to recreate the texture from original materials using silicone molds and acrylic media.
